The Wellness Center

The MUSC Wellness Center in Charleston is a facility dedicated to the promotion and practice of healthy lifestyles. More than just a gym, the MUSC Wellness Center focuses on the development of total well-being through offering a variety of programs, amenities, and services. 

The Wellness Center is a public facility and open to the entire community
for adults 18 years of age and over. Become a member or visit as a guest today!

Normal Hours of Operation

  • Monday - Thursday: 5:30am to 10:00pm*
  • Friday: 5:30am to 7:00pm*
  • Saturday - Sunday: 9:00am to 5:00pm*

*Pool closes 15 minutes prior to the facility

Les Mills BODYPUMP Release Party - 132

Join the MUSC Wellness Center on Wednesday, May 14 at 5:30pm for the Release Party - 132. Learn the new tracks set to new music with MUSC Wellness Center BODYPUMP instructors! 

Non-members can attend for just $5.00, and Wellness Center Members attend for free. Light refreshments will be provided. A limited number of spots are available, and registration is required to attend.

Wellness Center Open House

MUSC Wellness Center Open House

Join the Wellness Center team on the second Wednesday of each month for the MUSC Wellness Center Open House. Each Open House will feature a variety of special discounts and featured vendors. The Wellness Center will also offer $5 guest/day passes and up to 95% off of the enrollment fees with purchase of a 3+ month membership.

The next open house on May 14 and will feature special offers in honor of hospital week. All MUSCP/MUHA employees who sign up for a membership* can choose one of three prizes: 

  • 30-minute consultation with a personal trainer
  • 2-pack of InBody scans
  • 5-pack of Guest Passes

*must be employee annual., monthly or express membership to qualify
